Padesáti denní expedice na ležatém tandemu z Košic na ukrajinský poloostrov Krym a částečně i zpátky. Celou cestu jsme zakončovali na setkání lehokol v Uherském Brodě.

Our fifty days expedition from Košice, Slovakia to ukrainean penninsula Crimea by recumbent tandem. We finished the journey at the Czech Recumbent Meeting in Uhersky Brod.

Na přelomu roku 04/05 jsem se vydali autobusem do Atén a deset dní jsme strávili touláním se po řeckých silničkách, přičemž jsme testovali nové komponenty a vybavení našeho ležatého tandemu.

In winter 2004/2005 we were cycling for 10 days in Greece. It was very nice trip with lot of wind, rain, sun, historical places, fun etc. Of course with our recumbent tandem.

Dlouhá a na první pohled složitá zkratka znamená Maxport Recumbent Tandem Expedition Athens 2004, což byla akce jejímž cílem bylo dosažení Atén na prototypu prvního českého ležatého tandemu. Všechno se ale vyvrbilo nějak jinak.

We wanted to cycle from Czech Republic to Athens to see the Olympic games there. Unfornatenuly we had an accident in Romania so the journey ended after only 900 km.

Fotogalerie z doby kdy jsme se s Eliškou znali jen chvíli. Díky jejímu studiu na Masarykově univerzitě se nám podařilo se dostat do části nejdelšího českého jeskynního systému, který není běžně přístupný. Stará amatérská jeskyně leží v Moravském krasu.

Photogallery from time when we knew each other just a short time. Thanks to Eliska´s studies on Masaryk University we had a chance to visit the longest cave system in Czech Republic which is located near Brno in Moravsky kras.

Expedice, kterou Honza podnikl se švédskou expedicí měla za cíl překonání světového rekordu ve výškové cyklistice. Nakonec se Honzovi podařilo se dostat do výšky 6200 metrů, bohužel však bez kola.

In 2002 Honza was a member of swedish expedition which had just one goal – to broke the world record in high  altitude biking. Finally the expedition was not sucessful, but it was a great experience for all the members.

Tandemová expedice, kterou podnikl Honza se svou sestřenicí Evou Navrátilovou. Na tandemu dojeli z Ostravy až za polární kruh a zpět. Celkem urazili téměř 7000 km a na cestě strávili 89 dní.

Tandem expedition which was done by Honza and his cousin Eva Navratilova. They cycled from Ostrava, Czech Republic to North Arctic Circle and back to Czech. They cycled alltoghether almost 7000 km and spent 89 days on road.

I sell this one as it was not really useful for me – I had troubles to park it in my home when I moved and it was also a bit too short for me.

- Riden about 5000 km in total
- The 8th produced piece – very sturdy and durable, a bit more heavy
- Front trunk
- Removable front nose and tail part
- Improved stiffness of the bottom part under the seat
- Improved hole for feet which was of very bad quality as same as the hole for front trunk and other holes in the fairing (can be seen on pictures)
- Great set of lights with side lights, kind of light tower to be better seen, 4 front lights (high beam + low beam), 6V battery, voltmeter etc. (+300 EUR)
-  original composite wheel covers from Fietser with Fietser logo (not on pictures)
- some spare parts
- crashed in fornt once but professionaly repaired (would need a bit work on the sticker so it is not visible anymore)

Can be upgraded or chaged for example to Rohloff components
Can be equipped by some electric engine (perfect machine for that)
