Původní plán jsme měli poměrně jednoduchý. Zkombinovat kola, resp. lehokola s vysokohorskou turistikou v Indickém Himaláji. Naším cílem bylo také navštívit a posléze podpořit školu ve vesnici Kargyak, kterou založila a postavila česká nezisková organizace Surya. Nakonec jsme se tři týdny pohybovali ve výškách přes tři tisíce metrů nad mořem a překonali na lehokolech čtyřtisícová sedla. Na žádný trek bohužel nedošlo především z časových důvodů. Honza nakonec zdolal i sedlo Khardung-La ve výšce 5350 m, které je považováno za nejvyšší na světě kudy ještě vede silnice. Z Lehu, správního města oblasti Ladakh, jsme odletěli až po té, co se jím přehnaly obrovské záplavy a sesuvy půdy, které zabily stovky lidí. Měli jsme štěstí.
Our plan was simple. To combine cycling with hiking in Indian Himalayas. Our goal was to visit a school in village Kargyak which was found by czech civic organisation Surya too. Finally we spent three weeks in the altitudes over 3000 meters and crossed several passes over 4000 meters on recumbents. Unfornatenully we could do any hiking there because of time reasons mainly. Honza also reached Khardung-La Pass, 5350m which is known as the highest motorable road on teh world. Our flight back home was just one day after the terrible flodings and land slides which were in Leh, Ladakh and which killed hundreds of people. We were lucky to survive.

[...] So: At the moment we are working on two new folding trikes. The one will be based on the AZUB ECO trike with folding hinge and will be part of our Mainstream line of bikes. That means that there will be a chance to choose from colors, from components, possibility of disc brakes, SON hub dynamo etc. Price should be under 2000 EUR. The next one will be based on the concept of folding trike we introduced in April 2010 during the SPEZI show. We do not think that it is important if you fold the trike in 8 seconds, 30 seconds or 1 minute. Even 5 minutes would be OK, because you will not fold the trike every day several times. More important is how easy you can fold it, and how look the properties of the complete trike with the folding mechanism. And that is what we focused on. One admits that our life is high priced, but different people require money for different things and not every person gets enough cash. Hence to get fast loan or secured loan will be good solution.
